Five years after its release, Nintendo has finally added a much-needed collector to the Switch. The latest update allows players to create new folders and sort games to help better organize their library.
The new feature has been added to the latest version 14.0.0 update for the mobile device, which brings some additional improvements to Bluetooth volume. Checkout here is the organizing tool, which allows users to create up to a maximum of 100 groups, with each folder holding up to 200 games.
To create a group, users have to scroll up from the home page and scroll right to select All Programs. Pressing “L” here will pull up all user-created groups, although beginners will get a prompt to create a group. Users can choose a group of games from the list and hold next until they are satisfied.

The update also allows you to organize addresses in the desired order and then create a name to help you find them easily. For example, one can create a group called “Mario Games”, which will make it easier to access it later. After creating the first group, one can simply press the “+” button to create a new group.
For Bluetooth and audio settings, the update allows users to adjust the volume of connected BT devices using the Switch. Nintendo notes that the audio device must support AVRCP profiles for changes to occur. In addition, the maximum volume for some Bluetooth sounds has been increased, although when connected for the first time, the volume will be reduced to avoid sudden loudness.
Late last week, WB Games showed off some games Gameplay screenshots for the upcoming Hogwarts Legacy game, as part of PlayStation’s State of Play. At the time, it was confirmed that the title was only on old and current consoles, along with Windows PCs.
a A recent tweet, though, by Chandler WoodAvalanche Software’s community manager has confirmed that the game will be coming to the Switch as well — although there’s no confirmed launch window.
