The actress behind Avatar Kiyoshi in the new live-action avatar for Netflix: The Last Airbender series teases just how big the new show is! As Netflix continues to develop the new mod, there have been all kinds of questions that fans of the animated series have been asking about what to expect from the new production. Reports about its huge budget seem to be teasing how much Netflix is investing in an adaptation, and this is further reinforced by how excited the cast members are about bringing such a huge franchise to life in this way.
Yvonne Chapman, who stars in the new series as Avatar Kiyoshi, spoke with Everything Zen ExtraZ about her role in the upcoming series. Avatar: Another Airbender Series on Netflix. While Chapman could not talk much about what can be seen in the series itself, the star was not bothered by the “massive” adaptation, I can’t say much about this project, but I will say: from what I saw, and my experience on the show, fans Avatar: Another Airbender You will not be disappointed with this live action series. While Chapman didn’t explain what this could really mean for the series itself, the actress stated that she was well aware of all the books and stories about the famous avatar and noted the stress of bringing such a fan favorite to life, “I love Kiyoshi’s books – and I’m so addicted to those. She just has one of the most amazing stories of any character I’ve read, so I definitely felt the pressure of being able to bring it back to life and I hope fans respond in a really positive way. Fortunately, I’m not just at the helm, It’s a team of people who really want to do it right, and I hope we did. I think we did.”
Netflix has yet to reveal exactly when fans will watch this new series of Avatar: The Last Airbender yet, but they are currently describing it as such, “The series will be an original adaptation of the award-winning and beloved Nickelodeon animated series. Avatar: The last plane Reimagined as a lively adventure. Albert Kim (Sleepy Hollow, Nikita) serves as producer, executive producer, and writer. Besides Kim, Dan Lin of Rideback (The Lego Movie, Aladdin) and Lindsey Liberatore (Walker) serve as executive producers as well as Michael Goi (Swamp Thing, American Horror Story). Goi, Roseanne Liang (also co-executive producer), Jabbar Raisani and Jet Wilkinson directly.”
