When his lawyers asked a US judge to dismiss the case, Kevin Spacey told the court that the sexual assault allegations made against him by actor Anthony Rapp were “completely false.”

The Oscar winner, 61, categorically denied the allegations, saying he had “no interest or sexual desire for Mr. Raab at the time or since”.

Rapp, 50, claimed that when he was 14, he was the victim of “unwanted sexual advances” at a party.

Spacey allegedly surprised Rapper at the party by picking him up and putting him to bed, according to court documents filed in New York on Friday.

According to the documents, the younger actor then “fade away” without resistance after Spacey pushed his body weight against him.

Spacey, who has kept out of the spotlight since the allegations first surfaced in October 2017, has claimed that none of his interactions with Rapp were for the “purpose of insulting or offending him”.

“I certainly deny Anthony Rapp’s hype that I sexually hosted him or had any other opportunity for him,” Spаcey said.

Dozens of years later, I met Mr. Raab. Mr. Rapp and I have not had any sexual relations. At the time, or at any time, I had no interest or sexual desire in Mr. Rabe.

“I had no physical contact with Mr. Rabe, nor had I had any other interaction with him that was intended to satisfy my sexual desires or desires.”

“I have had no medical contact with Mr. Raab, nor have I had any other interaction with him that was intended to degrade or harass him.”

“Any suggestion of prosecution, whether made by Mr. Raab or anyone else, is completely false.”

The alleged confrontation did not subside from sexual use, according to Spacey, because the only contact with an “intimate” part of Rаpp’s body was when Spacey stroked his older RAP’s buttocks.

They also asserted that Rаpp’s statement confirmed that there was no criminality involved and that there was no further evidence that this content was related to sexual frugality, promiscuity, or abuse of Rаpp.
