The CW has released images for the twelfth episode of ‘Death Rises’. SparkleSeason 8, which will air on April 27. This week’s “Apocalypse” saw the Flash team help Black Flame after discovering that it was actually Ronnie Raymond (Robbie Amell) and while the team didn’t agree on how to go about things – revive him or let him die and thus free him. From his agony – Caitlin (Daniel Banabaker) brought him back to life. Unfortunately, I didn’t bring Ronnie. While the body may look like Rooney, Team Flash is now dealing with the Deathstorm and things are likely to get even crazier from here.
The episode also saw the fallout from the episode of Iris’ Time Sickness seemingly wiping Tinya’s mother Wazzo out of existence when an angry Tinya used her special powers to hide Iris (Candice Patton), leaving Sue (Natalie Dreyfus) to have to tell Barry (Grant) Justin) his wife’s missing. The episode visuals seem to hint at Iris returning for “Death Rises,” but when dealing with the illness of time, anything is possible. All hands on deck – With a new dead terrorizing the city, Joe (Jesse L. Martin) lends a helping hand to the local authorities, meanwhile Barry (Grant Justin) gets help from Cecil (Daniel Nicolette) who helps track down the killer block. Phil Chibera directed the episode with Alex Boyd Story and Television by Ariel McAlpine and Dan Fisk.”
