Becky Lynch has not appeared on WWE programming since dropping the Raw Women’s Championship to Bianca Belair again at WrestleMania 38. She has wrestled twice since then via a pair of triple threat matches on live shows against Belair and Rhea Ripley. Before that second game in Syracuse last weekend, Lynch cut a promo explaining why she lost from Raw. “The Man” won the Raw Women’s Championship again at WrestleMania 35 and was never pinned to lose the title in the three years that followed until her match with “The EST”.
“It’s been three years since I last went out on Raw without starring,” Lynch said. “I am not ready to go out on Monday on Raw without a championship. I always have a plan, which is why I am here in Syracuse because I am going to get my championship back. I am going out tomorrow Monday Night Raw as the new Women’s Champion.”

Beller will defend her title against Sonya Deville on Raw next week in her hometown of Knoxville. Given that WrestleMania Backlash is a few weeks away, it’s a smart bet to expect Lynch to attack her after the match and stage the May 8 pay-per-view rematch in Rhode Island.
“Okay, that’s the right thing. Last night, I went out to the ring on my own like I always do, always on my own and then here you come in with a **friend in the army. Army. Of course that’s going to throw me in,” Lynch said in impulsive Podcast days after WrestleMania. “I didn’t have an army, which is why I lost. I didn’t know—someone would probably come and hit me with a trombone in the back of my head. I don’t know. If I had the army that’s what I would do.”
“I actually beat it in 26 seconds. It shouldn’t have lasted long but that was just because it got into my head. But I dominated it. Next time I’ll get it. But the thing is, when I lose I really win, because I come back stronger.
