Sophia, a model and daughter of the great Lionel Richie, is engaged to Elliot Gring. The couple announced the big news on Instagram by sharing photos of the proposal.

Nicole and Sophia are daughters of Lionel Richie but they were born to different biological mothers.

Lionel has three children from two marriages.

He married his college sweetheart Brenda Harvey in 1975. Eight years later, they adopted Nicole, whose biological parents weren’t able to raise, according to the sun.

The singer, at first, was only a guardian of Nicole, but later his wife legally adopted her.

After Brenda’s divorce, Lionel went on to marry Diane Alexander.

They share two children together – son Miles Brockman, born in May 1994, and daughter Sophia, who was born in August four years later.

She took to Instagram to share a selfie of the two of them, in which newly engaged Sofia is seen holding her arm on Nicole, flashing the ring on her finger.

Sophia, 23, is engaged to her fiancé Elliot, who is 28 years old.

He is the son of the Chairman and CEO of Universal Music, Sir Lucien Greene.

Elliott is the owner of 10k Project, an independent record label in Los Angeles.

He started his brand by signing Trippie Redd and 6ix9ine and has experience working with many great musicians including Surfaces, Iann Dior, Poor Stacy and Internet Money.

Sophia and Elliot were first linked romantically in April 2021 after they were spotted together in Beverly Hills.
