The boxing match on April 30th between Katie Taylor and Amanda Serrano got a lot of attention, WWE Helps support the most important event in women’s boxing history.
Taylor vs. Cyrano is the first women’s main event at Madison Square Garden. Taylor (20-0, 6 KOs) puts her IBF, WBA, WBC and WBO titles on the line against seven-team world champion Serrano (42-1-1, 30 KOs).
New York is the perfect setting for this competition as it has a huge number of Irish fans, who will support the Irish Taylor, and Puerto Rican fans who will come strong for Serrano. Serrano was born in Puerto Rico and hails from Brooklyn.
