Fans think Kim will wear a Marilyn Monroe dress
We’re a few days away from the 2022 Met Gala and fans are convinced Kim Kardashian will be attending the event wearing a dress that Marilyn Monroe once wore.
Rumor has it that she’ll be wearing the famous sheer, sheer dress the actress and model wore when she sang Happy Birthday to President John F. Kennedy in May 1962.
The relaxed, floor-length dress, designed by Jean-Louis and covered in crystals, is currently on display at Ripley’s Believe It Or Not! Museum in Orlando, Florida.
However, fans believe the dress will leave the museum in the coming days for Kim to wear to the 2022 Met Gala, and there is some solid evidence.

First, Kim was spotted visiting the Ripley’s Believe It Or Not Museum! Museum with boyfriend Pete Davidson last weekend, on April 23.

Earlier this month, the 41-year-old teased her outfit at the Met Gala 2022 Getting to Hollywoodsaying, “You’ll have to wait and find out. I think we’re still thinking about it.”
However, she then said it “really depends on whether I fit my dress, so I hope to go” before revealing that the outfit can’t be altered.
“I think it’s going to last until the last minute because it can’t be styled, so I have to totally go along with it,” the star added, convincing fans that she should wear Marilyn’s dress more.
If Kim was wearing the dress, the Ripley Museum certainly wouldn’t want to change it because it’s part of history, so the comment would make sense.
The museum bought the dress at auction in November 2016 for $5 million, which in fact makes it the most expensive dress in the world. No wonder they don’t want to change it!
