Khloe Kardashian debuted at the Met Gala in a gold-beaded Moschino dress, Naomi Campbell dazzled with a black and silver Burberry number, and Dove Cameron wore a structured alien-like gown.

Reports are pouring in on Twitter in the wake of the Met Gala, where singer Jennifer Lopez and actress Vanessa Hudgens both wore the same dress to the charity event.

It all started when the photo of the pair wearing the same dress started to take over social media. Designed by Moschino, the sheer black floor-length dress had a lace bodice, puffed sleeves, and a long train.

Everyone was shocked by the fashion accident and took to Twitter in disbelief. However, you should not believe everything you read on the Internet…

Photoshop Pic deceives fans

To the disappointment of some fans, the A-listers didn’t wear the same dress at the Met Gala and the photo was actually taken.

Someone took a photo of Vanessa Hudgens, who was wearing the black dress at the 2022 party, and edited JLo’s face on it to make it look like she was also wearing the dress.

If you look closely, Photoshop is really bad and unbelievable, but it deceived netizens nonetheless. It would be very creative if the couple wore the same outfit, but this was all a hoax on social media.

JLo did not attend the 2022 Met Gala

The photo definitely deceived fans, but Jennifer Lopez wasn’t actually at the 2022 Met Gala at all.

JLo and her new fiancé Ben Affleck chose to skip this year’s event, though it’s not clear why.

She has remained silent on social media and has not given fans any clue about her absence.

However, the singer attended the 2021 Met Gala in September, wearing a brown Ralph Lauren sequined dress with a plunging neckline and slit.

She paired the look with plenty of western accessories and a cowboy hat, and fans absolutely adore her look.
