Who plays Bruce Campbell?

Doctor Strange in a multiverse of madness Finally, with the Marvel Cinematic Universe currently showing in theaters. The film marks not only the franchise’s biggest foray into the storytelling tropes of the multiverse, but director Sam Raimi’s long-awaited return to the world of comic book movies, after working on Sony’s Spider-Man trilogy. Raimi has become a fan favorite over the years for his outstanding work across multiple genres, as well as the various core areas and tools he puts into every project. One such mainstay was somewhat of an apparition from his friend and frequent collaborator Bruce Campbell, who has been much rumored to have appeared in The multiverse of madness. So, it’s Bruce Campbell in The multiverse of madness – What role does he play? spoilers for Doctor Strange in a multiverse of madness less! Just see if you want to know!

The film takes an action-packed adventure across the multiverse with Stephen Strange/Doctor Strange (Benedict Cumberbatch) and America Chavez (Zochitel Gomez), which at one point sees them fall in and out of different universes. In the end, the pair actually ended up being called Earth-838, which seems to be a more perfect and technologically advanced world. America begins eating a bowl of “pizza balls” (literally spherical pieces of pizza) from a street vendor, and notes to Strange how free food is in most of the universes I’ve visited. This then enrages the peddler (Campbell), who introduces himself as “Pizza Papa” and gets upset about not paying for the food. A stranger overtakes him by casting a spell that causes him to repeatedly punch himself in the face – a spell that will apparently last several weeks.

Then the audience sees Campbell again in The multiverse of madnessThe last post-credits scene, when Papa’s pizza finally stops punching himself in the face, causing him to look straight into the camera and exclaim “It’s over!” “

The cameo comes months after fans speculated about Campbell’s cameo in the film, a fire that Campbell has only repeatedly fanned by trolling fans by suggesting he could play anything from a surrogate doctor to Ash from the Evil Dead movies. Campbell also recently noted that his appearance in the movie could have been left well on the cutting room floor, which thankfully wasn’t the case.

“It’s hard with the Marvel movies, it’s even hard to lie because I could be lying in my lie. If I told you I thought I wasn’t in it, I could still be in it,” Campbell previously said on Radio Labyrinth Audio notation. “They make about 86 of these movies at the same time, so even Sam Raimi had to shoot additional material that wasn’t in the original script.” Because now we’re going to put Captain Stinko in, and introduce him at the end because we’re going to separate him here. So they always had to add and subtract as they went.”

“Even if I were to do axial engraving – because I only do axial engraving, and I can explain if I saw it – we wouldn’t really know the answer until May,” Campbell added. “If you were, [Doctor Strange actor] Benedict Cumberbatch, I’d be worried about getting cut.”
