In a note obtained by diverse On Thursday, Warner Bros. Discovery’s head of human resources, Adria Albert Romm, reiterated to employees that they will be required to work from the office three days a week.
Discovery’s acquisition of WarnerMedia completed on April 8. On April 26, Deadline reported The company’s first memo mentions the 3-day requirement.
The news comes amid a series of high-profile exits of Warner Bros. executives. Discovery. earlier on Thursday, diverse It reported that HBO Max US General Manager and Executive Vice President of Global Data, CRM and Growth Brad Wilson will be exiting the streaming device — just a day after TBS Chief Programming Brett Weitz found out about the exit, as well as Head of Global Communications Joanna Fuentes and Head of Children and Family Tom ashamed.

The last 30+ days have been very busy and productive, and let me just say how grateful we are for everyone’s hard work, cooperation and continued patience. While there is still a lot to do, we are making tangible progress in becoming one company and this is a testament to your support and dedication.
As I said in my last note to you, we’ll be moving to a mixed three-day-a-week work schedule in the office by June 1. And while many of you have been coming in regularly, we understand that this is a transitional period and will require some adjustment for others. But we are really looking forward to seeing more people come back as there are great advantages to being together, face to face, collaborating with each other, exchanging ideas and building a sense of community.
We have some great news for you – many of our on-site facilities, including fitness and childcare centers, have reopened. I am also pleased to announce that we will be offering staff a free lunch on site from 1-7 June to welcome you back. More details to come.
