Dragon Ball Super The manga brings the past into the present, with Granolah The Survivor Arc seeing Bardock take center stage in the final chapter. With Goku and Vegeta learning how Son’s father managed to take down the Gas of the Heeters, the Z-Fighters seem ready to change a large wardrobe that pays tribute to the Saiyan Race. This summer, with Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero geared up for worldwide release, 2022 is set to be a big year for the Shonen series that grew out of Akira Toriyama’s mind.
In the previous chapter, readers were shown how Bardock was able to defeat Gas in their original battle, as Goku’s father appears to have achieved new energy while fighting against the most powerful member of the criminal organization Heter. With this next release that seems to take us back to the present, the Z-Fighters may have learned what they needed to defeat the most powerful current being in the universe, while the Namekian Monaito gave them a major wardrobe makeover in the process. With the preview seeing Goku and Vegeta now with a Saiyan armor similar to Bardock, it will be interesting to see how this current battle continues in the pages of Dragon Ball Super.
Twitter Outlet DBS Chronicles shared the new preview for the next chapter of Dragon Ball Super Not only highlighting the costume switch of the two main Z-Fighters, but also showing Goku’s moments after hearing that the battle between his father and Gas takes place many years before the current events:

It certainly looks as though Granolah The Survivor Arc is coming to an end, as the battle between Z-Fighters and Gas sees Goku and Vegeta line up as an intergalactic bounty hunter. As Goku learns more about his father, it will be interesting to see if this new information is able to affect his overall transformation and whether or not it will see a change in his Ultra instinct.
