Marvel Studios has yet to do anything with its popular character Nova and some fans really want to see it used in live action. It was previously reported that Nova will be getting a feature film. In the report, they claimed that the movie based on the last survivor of the destruction of Xandar will start production sometime in 2023 and that other projects like The Fantastic Foura Thunderbolt film, and filming for the Wakanda-based Disney+ series will begin that year. Now, a talented Marvel Studios fan has an idea who could play the character. In a new piece of fan art, Ryan Gosling becomes the Nova for the movie.
The Instagram artist from @Clements.Ink has revealed a new design that turns the actor into a character. The artist doesn’t say which version of the character he imagined as Gosling, but it’s safe to say the actor could be perfect for the MCU version of Nova. The art gives Gosling a live-action version of the classic Nova design, and it’s pretty decent. You can check out the fan art below!
Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige recently teased the character during a promotional event for Spider-Man: No Way Home recently. While speaking with ComicBook.com, Feige did not say if Nova will appear in an upcoming Marvel Studios movie or Disney+ series. It also won’t say if the character will appear in another Marvel Studios project based on another character.

We have a lot…well, you know, we are often…the black panther is a great example,” Figi told us. “We were always working on a Black Panther indie movie, which is the world of Wakanda, and how to dive into that. The current Marvel Studios movie in theaters now is Doctor Strange in a multiverse of madness. The studio describes the film as follows: “To restore a world in which everything is changing, Strange enlists the help of his ally Wong, the Sorcerer Supreme, and the most powerful scarlet witch of the Avengers, Wanda. But a terrible threat looms over humanity and the entire universe that can no longer be done By their strength alone. The film is directed by legendary Sam Ramy and will star Benedict Cumberbatch as Doctor Strange, Benedict Wong as Wong, Rachel McAdams as Kristen Palmer, Elizabeth Olsen as Wanda Maximoff/Scarlet Witch, Patrick Stewart as Professor Charles Xavier, and Zochitel Gomez. As America Chavez and Chiwetel Ejiofor as Baron Mordo. Doctor Strange in a multiverse of madness It is set to hit theaters on May 5, 2022!
