A human director reveals how the canceled movie changes his approach to films

I got kicked out of the movie – it happened with Contact and I was really excited about it,” Miller revealed. “After that we were very keen on bringing the Justice League back around that time, and there were already pictures and publicity, and then that fizzled out. I’m not saying that spoiled it, but I think it would be best to finish the movie and show it to the masses; to let them see story or not.

After all, you’d think the director would be worried about the genre, but he seems to have a pretty big opinion of superhero movies. During a recent interview with Variety, the director revealed his thoughts on superhero movies as a whole.

Marvel and the DC Universe are basically remnants of Greek, Scandinavian and Roman mythology.
