Where Street Fighter 6 From Thursday, the game has been the subject of several leaks showing the characters and now gameplay. Footage showing Kami’s movements was recently leaked along with a video of Kane, both of whom were spotted characters on the list, a leak that happened first. In the wake of those leaks, Capcom has since released a vague statement that addressed the occasional viewer by saying, “We’ve all seen things we weren’t meant to see.”
Several leaks of the original listing have already been removed via copyright claims, but given how widely these images are now, they’re definitely there for people to see. Similar removals plague Cammy’s gameplay, but they haven’t been completely removed yet. You can see it below, for example, at least while it can still be seen.

These types of leaks aren’t entirely unexpected with big games like this that naturally stick to a roster of characters that offer ample opportunities for character-based leaks, but the fact that they happen so soon after the game’s big reveal has grabbed people’s attention. Some have questioned whether or not these leaks were purposeful given how quickly they unfolded, but that is of course just speculation on the part of some Street Fighter fans at this point.
Intentional or not, Capcom has at least acknowledged these leaks. The publisher tweeted on Friday to address the leaks in a roundabout way and thank people for their support.

Street Fighter 6 We still have some time before its release since the game isn’t scheduled until 2023, so it’s likely we’ll see more leaks like these as development continues if this really happens early on.
Aside from Street Fighter, Capcom put on a big show during PlayStation’s State of Play event with two other shows taking place there. The company announced the long-awaited new version of Resident Evil 4 It was also confirmed Resident Evil Village will get a VR version. Resident Evil 4 The new version will also be released in 2023, but there is no known release date yet for the village VR version.
