Marvel: Crisis Protocol It will introduce a new affiliate later this year, which will feature many of the classic villains from Captain America. Earlier today, Atomic Mass Games announced a new line of Marvel: Crisis Protocol Miniatures, which will present Hydra as a playable faction. Baron Strucker and Armin Zola will be introduced to the game for the first time, along with new Red Skull miniatures and a group of General Hydra footsoldiers. In turn, it will be a new stylized Hydra of Captain America featuring a classic Chain Mail costume, as well as the “original” human torch (robot Jim Hammond) and a group of Howling Commandos led by Nick Fury Sr. All four character packs in The Wave are slated to release this fall.
Marvel: Crisis Protocol It is a mini skirmish game in which players control the heroes and villains of the Marvel Universe while competing against another player. Players can use any configuration of heroes and villains, provided their team’s overall threat level is equal to or less than the threat level for any scenario players choose to play in. Players usually build teams around a single affiliation, as some characters have leadership abilities that are activated when a team of characters often belongs to the same group.
In addition, Atomic Mass Games announced plans for a miniature version of Malekith the Accursed, a classic Thor villain known as the antagonist of Thor: The Dark World. Malekith will be the first vehicle unit in the game, as he is shown riding a huge winged tiger. You can watch the epic stylized Malkith below:
The Asgardians Affiliation Pack containing Thor, Loki, Valkyrie and Hela will also be released later this year.
