Steph Curry explains intent to play in Match 4 against the Celtics after injury

What’s the latest injury update on Golden State Warriors star Steve Curry in Game 4 of the NBA Finals – will he play? How did Curry recover from the injury he suffered in the third match?

The NBA Finals have now reached a pivotal point, with three games delayed and four likely to be played.

The Celtics advanced 2-1 in the race to 4 with a 116-100 victory in Boston as the Warriors couldn’t take on their opponents.

Jaylen Brown starred with 27 points as the Celtics now have just two wins over their first championship since 2008.

In Game 3, Warriors star Steve Curry suffered a left leg injury in the fourth quarter, which resulted in coach Steve Kerr dragging him, leading to doubts about his fitness.

What really happened to Carrie?

In Game Three, Curry and Celtics’ Al Horford went for a loose ball—with the Boston man showing up with it.

Unfortunately for Curry and the Warriors, Horford, every 109kg or 17.1 stone fell to Curry’s left foot.

With the game drifting away from the Warriors, coach Kerr decided to pull Curry in the final quarter.

However, he did not perform an MRI, and a serious injury was avoided with two days of rest needed.

Will Steve Curry play the fourth game tonight?

All indications are that after avoiding the series-ending injury in a showdown with Horford, Steve Curry will be able to play tonight against the Celtics in Game 4.

Despite walking off the field limping, Curry declared he was fit to play, saying “I know I’m going to play.”

Curry was photographed at the Warriors training session on Thursday without any type of protective boot on his left foot, an indication that he is fit to play.

The final decision is up to the Warriors Medical Department and CARE.
