After beating the Boston Celtics in six games, the Golden State Warriors became the NBA champion again for the fourth time in eight seasons.
This last title was a consolidation of the immense legacy of all involved. The Big Three of Steph Curry, Klay Thompson and Draymond Green all got their pinky rings. Head coach Steve Kerr made his fourth drive in this wagon, approaching mentor Phil Jackson’s territory for his ninth overall. Andrew Wiggins completely changed his legacy by getting his first ring as a professional.

The Warriors 2022 NBA Championship Show will begin Monday, June 20. It will start at 11:20 AM PT and will run until 2:00 PM ET. The show will begin at Market and Main in San Francisco and conclude at Market and 6th. The entire parade route will cover a grand total of 1.04 miles. Bay Area Sports NBC You will show it on TV, while the game will show it on the radio at 95.7.
Although this is the fourth league title for the current dynasty of Warriors, it is the first since the franchise moved across the bay from Oakland to San Francisco. Although the Warriors have long been an NBA franchise in the Bay Area, expect this show to be a bit more corporate in the past. Then again, it’s been a few years since the Warriors won the league title for the last time.
In the end, Dub Nation will celebrate its latest league championship as expected. With three of their most notable players in their thirties, who knows if the Warriors will reach the top again with this trio of Curry, Greene, and Thompson?
