Team Fortress 2 updated amid ‘Save TF2’ campaign

  • Fixed a bug related to deleting in-game text chat
  • Fixed an exploit where players could use sv_cheats on secure servers
  • Fixed a loophole where players could teleport to their own backs by changing gear/class while touching the other team’s no-entry gate
  • Fixed a loophole with Huntsman where the player could change gear to unlock the speed correction when charging
  • Fixed a loophole in Ap-Sap where players could send annoying noises
  • Fixed an issue where dispensers could heal through glass on some maps
  • Fixed a loophole where a spy could disguise and create an invisible shield to block bullets at his feet
  • Fixed slow animations on Halloween bosses, skeletons, ghosts and other ghoul-like beings
  • Fixed a spy with incorrect disguise weapons when disguised as a soldier, pyro, heavy, or engineer with no member of the same class on the opposing team
  • Constant projectiles sometimes hit teammates early/late
  • Fixed the ability to change names during matchmaking
  • Fixed some HUD images being blurry when using low texture settings
  • Fixed fake spy deaths with Dead Ringer not appearing in the quick matchmaking team status bar
  • Fixed %killername% and other placeholders names sometimes appearing on the kill and stats screen
  • Re-enable the ability of servers to send disconnection reasons to clients
  • Added ConVar net_disconnect_reason to use the disconnect cause sent from the client
  • The headgear option has been removed from the Mann Co. menu.
  • Updated voting system
  • Both teams can take a kick vote at the same time
  • There can be a global vote taking place at the same time as a kick vote
  • Fixed sometimes not being able to vote on maps at the end of a round
  • El Fiestibrero has been updated to fix a problem with the model
  • Update/Add some tournament medals
  • Translation files have been updated
