Riverdale “Bible” Pictures Released

after a short rest, Riverdale Sunday night returns with the eighteenth episode of its sixth season “Chapter One Hundred and Thirteen: My Biblical” and now, The CW has released some images from the upcoming episode. The images don’t seem to allude much to evangelical plagues like locusts, frogs, and even blood-soaked water provoked in the episode’s preview, but they do seem to give viewers a glimpse into the celebration that so incensed in the episode summary that plagues threaten to interrupt. You can check out the photos as well as this summary for yourself below.

Percival’s latest move – as the gang plans an event to celebrate two of their bizarre biblical paintings around town threatens to put a damper on the special day. We wanted to do the right thing with the series and the fans,” former network president Mark Bedowitz explained. We had a long chat with Roberto [Aguirre-Sacasa, “Riverdale” executive producer and Archie Comics [chief creative officer] Yesterday, who was happy with this news. We will treat the offer the way it deserves. She was such a famous pop culture star, and we want to make sure she’s headed in the right direction and that’s the decision. I think they chose seven years as the right amount, and we want to do the right thing. This is a personal thing. As a fan myself. I want to do what’s appropriate for the show.”

Bedowitz added, “We haven’t announced the number of episodes yet. But I don’t think it’s going to be a short season. It goes back to what I said earlier: I’m a big believer in trying to make a long series a proper farewell.”

Riverdale It airs on Sundays at 8/7c on The CW. “Chapter One Hundred and Thirteen: The Bible” will be broadcast on Sunday, June 27.
