It’s no secret that besides being one of Hollywood’s biggest stars, Dwayne Johnson is also the most muscular of the bunch. Sure, The Rock’s great physique is likely backed by genetics, but he certainly wouldn’t be that great without exercising as much as he does. The man takes fitness very seriously, as evidenced by one of his social media posts, in which Johnson showed off his hard work and quoted musician Waylon Jennings as he talked about his work ethic and “crazy” routine.
Besides flaunting the intense mode below, Dwayne Johnson also used Instagram Another to discuss how he was recently unable to finish a workout in Hawaii due to “meetings and work”, so he came back later in the day to finish what he started because he “really nibbled” off of him. Johnson crowned his post with a song from Waylon Jennings’ 1978 hit “I’ve Always Been Crazy”:
It’s worth noting that Dwayne Johnson misspelled “crazy” as “nonsense” in that lyric, but we know what he was up to. The workout helps keep the WWE Champion and Hollywood hitters grounded, and since he was in Hawaii, where he spent a lot of time as a kid, when this accident happened, it gave him an extra incentive to go the extra mile instead of leaving his morning workout wasn’t over. These are definitely some great work ethic!
The past year has been especially big for Dwayne Johnson, as he starred in two big films, jungle trip And the red notice. Then in October, his long-awaited debut as Black Adam will arrive, as the character’s solo movie saw him clash with the Justice Society of America. The latter role is especially significant for The Rock, having been associated with playing Black Adam in one form or another for more than a decade, and he won’t stop talking about how powerful the heroes are.
