The trailer first appeared in the six-part travel and magic show Fantastic Friends, which is hosted by James and Oliver Phelps, aka the mischievous Weasley twins of Harry Potter fame.
The cast of the series includes Harry Potter twin stars Evanna Lynch (Luna Lovegood), Bonnie Wright (Ginny Weasley) and Luke Youngblood (Lee Jordan), as well as “Game of Thrones” Maisie Williams, “Outlanders” Sophie Skelton and “Sixth Sense” Haley. Joel Osment.
“Fantastic Friends” is part adventure travel series, part challenging show full of magic, and part celebration of friendship. Produced and directed by Emmy-nominated director Daniel Sharp (Vikings: The Rise and Fall, Disasters Engineered, Top Gear America), each episode sees the Phelps twins travel to a destination to meet one of their famous friends, who act as their tour guide.
The action travels from Iceland to Ireland, from Saint Lucia to Dubai, as the twins expand their horizons and explore new worlds, while engaging in a series of magical-themed challenges and competitions.
Dash Pictures launched on Bell Media’s Crave channel in Canada on June 17, will be released on HBO Max in Europe, the Middle East and Africa on July 2, and on TVNZ in New Zealand on August 6. series internationally.
Dash Pictures is now in production in the six-part second season of “Awesome Friends”, produced by Daniel Sharp and Agata Piszynska (“For the Love of the Game,” “Prince Harry in Africa”).
