After storming London, LIV Golf will play at Pumpkin Ridge from June 30 to July 2. However, for the second event, there are bigger and more famous names to play in the field for the 54-hole shotgun event.

The Saudi Golf League is a breakaway golf league That former world number one golfer Greg Norman began supporting investments from the Saudi Public Investment Fund.

What does LIV Golf stand for?
LIV Golf represents the Roman numeral sign of 54. Each event sees golfers playing 54 holes, making it different from most professional rounds that play 72.
Also, if a player made a birdie on each hole, the score would be 54, which is another reason they chose LIV.
LIV Golf Rules: How is the Saudi League different from the PGA Tour?
There are some major differences in the rules between the Saudi League And the PGA Tour, that’s how many holes they play in an event, the cutting process and the way they play their events.
All LIV Golf events are 54-hole gun starts, which means everyone is on the golf course at the same time, which is 18 holes less than a PGA Tour.
Another difference is LIV Golf’s no-cut policy. All players on the field will earn some money because there are no 36 holes cut after the second round.
The team element is perhaps the most notable difference. Outside of the Ryder Cup and Presidents Cup, the PGA Tour is not a team sport because golfers compete individually.

The singles tournament competes for a total prize money of $30 million.
