The Blackpink party was announced on social media as well as in patch notes for the next update that will pave the way for the event. All of this is set to start on July 22 and July 23 in North and South America with the rest of the world catching up to party on July 23 and July 24 instead. For those who haven’t watched the premiere, you’ll be able to watch it again on July 29 through July 30 and July 30 through July 31 depending on which region you’re in.

But before this event starts, you must have a ticket to participate. To get it, you will need to participate in the game on July 15th to get the ticket which will be free for those who wish to attend. You’ll need to make sure you download a resource pack the next day as well, which Crafton says will be required to watch the concert later this month.
While this ticket will be free, the “cute outfits” mentioned in the accompanying press release worn by Blackpink members will likely not be purchased and will likely be purchased at a premium price. Crafton also joked that players will get rewards every day by logging in and completing themed challenges, but we don’t yet know what those challenges will look like and we haven’t seen the rewards yet.
