Rob Zombie reboot gets a new trailer

Filmmaker Rob Zombie has shared updates about his new role in the popular sitcom monsters for months, but fans finally got their first full-length trailer for the upcoming movie. While most of his teasers were behind-the-scenes photos from the set, fans have previously had a peek at a teaser (above) that featured the main cast members. With this sneak peek focusing primarily on how the project would be colored rather than black and white, this new trailer finally gave us our first glimpse into the overall tone of the adventure—presented as a love story between Hermann and Lily Monster. The primary cast includes Jeff Daniel Phillips as Herman Monster, Sherry Moon Zombie as Lily Monster, and Dan Roebuck as Grandpa Monster “The Count”. He also starred in the movie Richard Brick (31, 3 from Hell(as Dr. Henry Augustus Wolfgang and Sylvester McCoy)Doctor from(Like Igor and Catherine Shell)Doctor from), Cassandra Peterson (Elvira, Mistress of Darkness), Jorge Garcia (Lost), Woody Wallace (ET the Extra-Terrestrial, Cujo). Originals Butch stars Patrick and Pat Priest are also involved in the project.

As if fans aren’t already excited enough for the upcoming movie and to see recurring Zombie collaborators take on iconic identities, another reason to get fans excited is to see Peterson in an all-new movie, even if she’s not reprising her lover as Elvira. While the general tone monsters She would go along with Elvira’s frightening and horrific nature, and Peterson asserted that she would play a character that audiences likely wouldn’t expect.

“Here, I play this character which is completely different from what I normally do, I play a super straight character,” Peterson revealed to diverse earlier this year. “Barbara is an ordinary woman, this real estate agent. It was exciting and terrifying, but it was really cool.”

The original two-season series is now airing on Peacock, which has been described as, “The adventures of a Transylvanian American family of friendly monsters residing in 1313 Mockingbird Lane.”

The concept previously got a try to restart with the series Mockingbird Linwhich starred Jerry O’Connell, Portia de Rossi, and Eddie Izzard, although only the series pilot was broadcast.
