The clock is ticking until the next James Bond actor is announced by executives at 007. It follows newcomer Daniel Craig, who ends his journey after starring in five films, ending with No Time To Die.
Before Craig’s murder, so was Mrs. Judi Dench.
Mrs. Judy first joined the James Bond franchise in 1995 when she began playing the role of M opposite Pierce Brosnan 007.
Although the actors around her changed between films – even Bond himself – Dame Judy remained a major part of the series. She went on to play M in the series for a total of eight James Bond films.
Mrs. Judy is eventually murdered in the 2012 film Skyfall, coming close to the story of M.
But long before that, the famous British actor was asked to give up filmmaking.
Ms. Judy revealed that she has been criticized for her “face” by a sexist industry executive.
“He was totally cute,” she said in a new interview. “But in the end he said, ‘You’d never make a movie.'” Your face is wrong.”
However, the actress has a ready sly response to the executive.
She replied: It’s okay, I don’t like the movie anyway. I want to go back to the theatre. (via Sunday Times)
But the brilliant star finally laughed.

In fact, when Mrs. Judy was wrapping up her final scenes in Skyfall, she was in tears.
“I cried because we were told we were going to Scotland for three weeks,” she recalls.
However, things went very smoothly for the shoot. That’s why: “We went one morning, did a shoot, and got back on a 7:30 plane that night.”
However, she did have some criticism about Craig’s version of Bond – which was very different from Brosnan’s comedic version of 007.
“The script isn’t funny, I know, I agree,” Ms. Judy said at the time.
Beyond Bond, she has been open about continuing her work for as long as physically possible.
“I feel like I should keep doing that,” she said. “I never want to stop. I need to learn every day. I don’t question curiosity. It’s as if I like tests and stuff. Do you know what Nostradamus’ first name is? Michelle! That’s improbable, isn’t it?”
