My Hero Academia attacks its very own Batman in a new graphic

My Hero Academia has quite a few pros under its thumb, but they are not the only heroes out there. Over the years, the franchise has provided fans with other saviors, and My Hero Academia: Vigilantes has been one of its biggest gateways. Within the fanbase, the Ranger Knucklester has become a sort of Batman backup character for the manga, and a new piece of art has emerged that stuns the fighter.

As you can see below, the work comes from Peyton Court. There was the artist behind the introduction to My Hero Academia involved in designing an alternative to Knuckleduster, making it look even more terrifying. But for some reason, we’re sure Bruce Wayne would agree with the look…

The drawing shows Iwao Oguro in a simple costume showing off his severe scars and physique. The bouncer keeps his hair short here as you can see, and his strong jaw line can’t be missed. Wearing a tank top, the Knuckleduster wears some wrist wraps and cargo pants along with the axe. So if Batman is looking to bring more fighters into the family, this hero will do the job!

Of course, Knuckleduster wouldn’t be interested in joining. The author of Vigilantes is the one who made the character comparison to Batman, and for good reason. Much like how Bruce wants to get Gotham back by helping those who have been pushed aside, Iwao does the same. He will not leave his corner in Japan for free, frankly? This is why fans desperately need My Hero Academia to give Ranger his very own animated series!

What do you think of this alternative on Knuckleduster? Do you hope My Hero Academia will bring this hero to the anime at some point? Share your thoughts with us in the comments section below or follow me on Twitter @Megan Peters CB.
