Next Sonic Team game is vocal boundaries, the “open-area” title that people are skeptical about the least, but other than that, there’s naturally another Sonic game on the way. We don’t expect much less from Sonic Team, but in a recent interview, Sonic Team Creative Director Takashi Izuka said that the developers already know what this next game will look like. Lots of hints about vocal boundaries The same was also shared during the conversations, but of course we’ll have to wait for the game to come out to learn about all the urgent spoilers people are looking for.
Iizuka spoke to Game Informer recently during one of the outlet’s quick queries where they asked 123 questions about vocal boundaries and beyond. About the 6:37 mark in the video, Iizuka was asked if he and the Sonic team already knew what the next Sonic the Hedgehog game would be. Iizuka replied with a simple “yes” to confirm that the team had at least an idea of what the next Sonic game would be. When asked a follow-up question about how many Sonic games Sonic Team has in mind that can’t be talked about in detail at the moment, Iizuka couldn’t provide any answers to that query.
Hearing that Sonic Team already has a new Sonic game in mind, it might sound like a “duh” moment, but considering how some people have already written it off vocal boundaries With its deviation from the traditional Sonic the Hedgehog experience, this could be good news for those who want all that’s to come. That’s not to say the next Sonic game won’t be another unusual title, but Sonic fans can at least know that something else is on the way.
Elsewhere in the interview, Izuka was also asked about the topic of guest appearances in vocal boundaries From some of Sonic’s friends. Big the Cat and his friend Froggy were two character questions, and based on some supposed leaks we’ve seen in the past, we can seemingly look forward to at least Big the Cat even if Iizuka can’t confirm this look one way or the other.
