Hideo Kojima reveals an alternate title for Metal Gear 2: Solid Snake

Hideo Kojima revealed an alternate title for Metal Gear 2: Steel Snake. Although many people are more familiar with Metal Gear Solid, a series that started on the original PlayStation in the late 1990s and ran into 2015 with Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom PainThere are a lot of people who don’t know that the chain extends much further than that. Metal Gear started in the 80’s and produced a sequel before hard lime metal issued. There is a lot of important history in these games and they are a major piece of the puzzle when it comes to understanding characters like Solid Snake.

Hideo Kojima revealed a new piece of trivia for Metal Gear 2: Steel Snake32nd anniversary title of the game. The legendary developer noted that he wanted a “Indiana Jones-style title with only the main character’s name”, implying that the game apparently was just going to be called solid liveTo be honest, it’s a pretty sick title. The sales team was convinced Kojima that it would be better if the game made a direct reference to the Metal Gear franchise in the title. This makes a lot of sense since players most likely won’t know there is an ancestor and those looking for a sequel might think solid live Quite another thing. However, Kojima will adopt this type of pattern for future game titles in the series.

Hideo Kojima likes to give a little trivia into his games, something that fans eat quite a bit. Recently, Hideo Kojima revealed that he was working on a superhero game that is somewhat similar to the Amazon series boys. Kojima actually avoided watching much of the show until the game was canceled because he didn’t want the show to affect the game too much. As of now, Hideo Kojima is working on a new cloud-based game with Xbox, but nothing else is known about it.
