A live debate between Liz Truss and Rishi Sunak, the two British politicians vying for the open premiership position, was canceled on Tuesday after the debate’s presenter fainted live.
Truss was in the middle of answering the question when frontman Kate McCann fainted and crashed loudly to the floor, away from the camera. The incident was captured on Talk TV, and Truss was visibly shaking as he watched as he passed out.
“Oh my God,” Truss said as McCann fainted, then stepped off the camera to help her, which can be seen in the Twitter video below.

Despite the loud noise, it ended up being okay, according to Talk TV, but the discussion was called off.
“Kate McCann passed out on air tonight and although she is fine, the medical advice was that we should not continue the discussion. We apologize to our viewers and listeners,” Talk TV tweeted.
