Bandai Namco is set to release a new video game Digimon Survival For PC, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One tomorrow, July 29. The title follows an original story that blends visual narrative mechanics with tactical network-based gameplay. And there are, of course, digital monsters involved. Prior to the game’s release, Bandai Namco made an express official request to players not to spoil the game Digimon Survival for two months after its release.
The official request from Bandai Namco reads in part, “Digimon Survive tells a deeply personal story with many twists and turns.” “To keep surprises private, we’re asking players to avoid posting anything on social media that might spoil the story from Chapter 5 onwards in the first two months after the release of Digimon Survive.”
“However, if you post, please mark your content as spoiled in a way that clearly indicates to others the presence of spoilers,” the request continues. “Let’s keep Digimon Survive a unique experience!”

While it’s somewhat unusual, it’s not entirely new for developers and publishers to ask players not to spoil a particular video game on social media. elden ringwhich was also published by Bandai Namco, was A similar request earlier this year Before its release, though, he wasn’t definitive about part of it “wait at least two months, please”.
