Love and Thunder concept art reveals subtle comics

Marvel Studios had a very busy week after they revealed their upcoming movie slate at San Diego Comic-Con. The studio has revealed the next two phases of the Marvel Cinematic Universe as well as two major Avengers films to be released in 2025. As Marvel looks to the future, fans are currently watching Thor: Love and Thunder, which features the evil divine butcher of Gore (Christian Bale). There have been a lot of designs showing a completely different idea of the villain, but now some new technical concepts are giving us a look at another alternative design.

In concept art, Marvel Studios gave Gore a more exotic look that will remind some people of Star Wars. Features a white bodice as well as a great looking skirt. The design is very different from what we got in the movie, but if it did, fans would probably be okay with the look. You can check out the concept art below!

Thor: Love and Thunder Set to feature the role of the evil God Butcher, reintroducing us to Natalie Portman as Jane Foster/Mighty Thor. Chris Hemsworth previously described what it was like to work with Bill on set, calling it “really scary,” and now the actor has detailed the villain’s complex backstory in a recent interview with D23 magazine.

“[Gorr is] Not a straightforward villain…there is a real complication to him. It’s not black and white, what it does. “He has an honest motive, which I think makes him the most interesting kind of villain,” Hemsworth said. “You might not agree with how he did it, but you understand why he leaned over the edge and why he fell down that way. It’s really a challenge for Thor, because the range of questions Gore asks holds some truth – but he can’t let Gore destroy the universe in the process. This It, I think, makes this a much more dynamic and unpredictable like the good gut versus bad guy scenario we’ve seen before.”

Describes Marvel Studios Thor: Love and Thunder As follows: “The film finds Thor (Chris Hemsworth) on a journey like never before – in search of inner peace. But his retirement is interrupted by a galactic killer known as the God Butcher (Christian Bale), who seeks extinction To combat the threat, Thor enlists the help of King Valkyrie (Tessa Thompson), Korg (Tica Waititi) and his ex-girlfriend Jane Foster (Natalie Portman), who – to Thor’s surprise – uses his magical hammer, Mjolnir, as Mighty Thor. Together they embark on a harrowing cosmic adventure. To reveal the secret of God’s butcher’s revenge and to stop it before it is too late.”

The film is directed by Taika Waititi and stars Chris Hemsworth as Valkyrie, Natalie Portman as Jane Foster/Mighty Thor, Russell Crowe as Zeus, Jamie Alexander as Lady Sword, and Chris Pratt as Peter Quill/Star. Lord, Sean Gunn as Craiglin, Dave Bautista as Drax Destroyer, Karen Gillan as Nebula and Christian Bale as Gore the Lord’s Butcher. In addition to directing, Waititi will reprise his role as Korg.
