A series of miniatures based on Brandon Sanderson’s successful book series Stormlight Archive almost. Brotherwise Games has announced plans to produce a series of miniatures featuring characters from Stormlight Archive, A series of popular fiction books by Brandon Sanderson. More than 20 miniatures will be produced, with some characters from the series being “officially” portrayed for the first time. Kickstarter will launch in September. Interestingly, the new miniatures are not produced with a game in mind. Johnny O’Neill, co-founder of Brotherwise noticed on twitter The miniatures project was a “visual development project first, miniatures second.” The character designs used in the miniatures campaign will be used as reference for future game projects, illustrations for books, and even potential Hollywood projects. Given Sanderson’s passion for board games, it seems like it’s only a matter of time before Stormlight Archive An RPG game or tabletop game has been announced.
This is the second Brotherwise Games project to feature Stormlight Archive. Many characters from Sanderson’s other books have appeared in Stormlight Archive.
