Talkative The Done Deal ShowDean Jones discusses a potential deal for Anthony Gordon between Chelsea and Everton.
The youngster has been heavily linked with the London club this weekend and according to The Mirror, he wants to make the move now.
However, despite Gordon’s keenness to join Chelsea, Jones believes it could be a difficult deal to broker.
Fortunately for Chelsea, Jones claims the Blues have four players Everton are interested in, suggesting a swap deal could be on the cards.

Jones shared what he knows about Gordon and Chelsea, saying Frank Lampard would absolutely love Conor Gallagher, who could join in a swap deal.
“Everton don’t want to lose this player, so Chelsea will have to come up with something pretty tasty for Everton to get him. One thing that might help is that Lampard wants four Chelsea players. There might be a way they can work it out. I’ve never i don’t expect money and player deals to come out but this might be where we need to take it seriously.Everton need another attacking threat to replace gordon so they could be given Broja or Batshuayi, creativity is also there, you have Hudson-Odoi and Conor Gallagher is there. Gallagher is someone Lampard wants to have,” Jones said.
The better side of the deal
If Everton can land Gallagher in a deal that sees Gordon head to Stamford Bridge, there is an argument to be made that they will get the better side of the deal.
Indeed, it’s not ridiculous to say that Gallagher is a more valuable player than Gordon right now. After all, the Chelsea man is an England international and he has outplayed Gordon in recent times despite being a deeper midfielder.
Everton must shake Chelsea’s hands if they are offered any deal that could bring Gallagher through the door.
