this week Monday Night Raw It featured a recap from last week’s episode in which Kevin Owens, showcasing aspects of his old “Prizefighter” stunt, took out Ezekiel with a sinister powerbomb apron. A picture of Ezekiel recovering from the hospital appeared on the screen, accompanied by Elias and Elrod (who first appeared on the screen) and their mother and father Ernie Jr. (obviously all Elias dressed in different costumes). Ernie even cut short a promotion, swearing to take revenge on the former world champion.
“Elias’ younger brother” appeared shortly after WrestleMania 38 He spent the next few months constantly teasing Owens about his identity. WWE even went so far as to make some shots that made him look like Elias and Ezekiel on screen.
