She-Hulk: Attorney at Law Creator Jessica Gao previously quipped that the first episode will actually contain a post scene that will definitively answer a burning question for MCU fans, and it turns out to be a question about whether Captain America Steve Rogers is a virgin.

In the episode’s post-credits scene, Jane, in her human form, is at the bar drinking with Bruce (Mark Ruffalo) and Jane is saddened drunk because Steve Rogers died a virgin. After all, Captain America was best known for being so healthy. Jen even commented on Steve’s butt, stating that America’s ass “doesn’t deserve to die a virgin.” Steve’s virginity, as we see in the episode, is a question that’s been on Jane’s mind for some time.
That’s when Bruce drops a bit of the bomb. He reveals that Steve was not actually a virgin. According to Bruce, Steve lost his virginity in 1942 in front of a girl on the USO Tour. This news pleases Jane, who is suddenly no longer drunk. She bursts into a smile and the scene ends with a wide bullet of Jane screaming “Captain America Foo”.
Steve Rogers’ virginity status is one of those things that MCU fans have been cheerfully discussing for years and now, thanks She-Hulk: Attorney at Law We have the answer. But before you even try to say that this might not be the canon truth, Gao revealed at the series premiere that Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige confirmed “the canon answer,” which is what they ran with in the scene.
“Yes, that’s straight from Kevin Golden’s mouth,” said Zhao (via direct).
“We’re just starting to put it into scripts,” she said. “It used to be a season-long feud where the thing that constantly nibbled at Jane was the question of whether or not Steve Rogers had sex. You regularly saw her like googling and talking about her. I got the feeling she was constantly annoying people in her life, that question. Which was burning her soul. I can’t describe to you how happy and shocked I was that Kevin wasn’t just on board to answer the question, given to me by the canonical answer.”
