On August 19, 1992, Ebony Jane Simpson was murdered in Bargo, New South Wales, Australia. Simpson, then nine years old, was caught, assaulted and strangled to death after Andrew Peter Garforth strangled him.
Garforth was granted life in prison without the possibility of parole after entering a guilty plea to the crimes. Garforth owned up to his lawlessness after being arrested by the police and showed no remorse for his displays during receptions and official acts.

He confessed to killing Simpson and was sentenced to life in prison in 1993. Garforth’s documents were ordered to “never be delivered” after Justice Peter Newman refused to impose a non-parole period.

Despite Garforth’s appeal, the High Court of Australia rejected his request for emergency leave. This is one of the two cases where emergency leave is not granted.
At the time Garforth challenged his sentence, the appointed authorities examined what life in prison meant and found that in such cases the local area could completely supersede any consideration of the primacy of retribution, deterrence and the safety of children and the local area. Life imprisonment becomes the main option for rehabilitation.

At around 4.30pm on January 10, 1979, Miss Wilson, a previous Miss West Coast finalist, drove home from work at the Kwinana Community Health Centre. He was stripped naked, cut and hit on the head with 27 kg of limestone.
In the 1990s, WA detectives went cold on the manhunt until they got a tip from NSW police about a man who allegedly had nightmares about Miss Wilson.
It was not until 1994 that further information was known to NSW police that Miss Wilson had linked Garforth, who lived nearby at the time, to unexplained wrongdoing. The survey is still ongoing.

Charcoal Black Simpson’s Cause of Death Is Murder On August 19, 1992, Simpson fell off a school bus. Simpson’s older brother picked him up and took him home that day, as his mother regularly met him at the bus station but was generally absent.
Unfortunately, Simpson was not there when the transport arrived later than expected. After neglecting to recognize his brother at the bus station, Simpson started walking the short distance home. Simpson expected to meet his brother at home.
The police immediately expected that Simpson had been kidnapped instead of running. A man seen driving his car near where Simpson got off the bus was suspicious.
In the north, 100 people consisting of police, firefighters, emergency services and volunteers began searching for Simpson nearby.
Police found Simpson’s body two days later on August 21 in a dam at a wildlife refuge near his home. When Andrew Peter Garforth was arrested some time later, he owned up to the murder.
