The season premiere of House of the Dragon, The Game of Thrones prequel, airs Sunday, August 21, and here’s how to watch it without missing out on your Sunday sporting events.
Back on May 19, 2019, HBO aired the final episode of Game of Thrones, which was a much talked about pop culture event. On August 21, 2022, the Cable Network premieres the prequel series, House of the Dragon.

There is a possibility that the Baltimore Orioles vs Boston Red Sox Sunday Night Baseball match on ESPN will be in the final innings at the start of the House of the Dragons premiere.
