The European Football Association’s decision to establish another continental competition for clubs that did not participate in the Champions League and European League, proved successful last season. Roma became the first club to win the European League title, and several clubs had to play it in the qualifying phase to reach the final 32.

One of the clubs that played excellently in this competition last season and even reached the knockout stage is Slavia Braha, where they faced the Polish club Rako Czestochowa, in the final round of the Conference League qualifiers.

Slavia Braha lost the first leg 2-1 in Poland and needed a draw first to have a chance to qualify. Nigerian striker Musa Osur, who scored the double at the weekend, continued his scoring brilliance and scored the decisive goal in the 62nd minute.

The goal helped the team go forward in extra time and that was when another Nigerian striker, Peter Olayinka, came on and set up Slavia’s second goal in the 122nd minute. Ivan Schranz scored the goal and celebrated so passionately that he was given a yellow card.

Congratulations to Slavia, Musa, Olinka and the team.
