Then a man reported the man to the 911 emergency department and told police officers about the drunk person’s activities. The police approached the scene and detained the man. According to the latest reports, the person was identified as Nikon Brandon and was 35 years old at the time he was tied up. The case received a lot of attention after the person died an hour after being taken into custody at the Salt Lake City Police Department.
