Jujutsu Kaisen is gearing up for the second season of the hugely popular anime next year, and one of his cool cosplays is positive proof of why Gojo is a fan favorite! Gege Akutami’s original manga series may have been popular before, but things have changed drastically over the past couple of years. The anime’s successful first season was a huge hit for both the original anime and manga release, and the following first feature film pushed that success even further. Now all eyes are on the team at MAPPA as they prepare for the next wave of new episodes.
It will be a long time before Season 2 comes out on our screens, and that means it will be some time before we actually see Gojo again in the anime or manga versions. But fortunately, Gojo has become such a huge favorite among fans that they are now taking it into their own hands to continue his appearance leading into the main future of the anime. Jujutsu Kisen Season 2 is currently slated to release sometime next year, and out of it it’s being produced by Studio MAPPA again, unfortunately very little has been revealed about new episodes yet. It won’t take long as the franchise has a special announcement going through September, and hopefully this will reveal the first details of what (and hopefully when) fans will see in action with the series’ highly anticipated second season. But there’s also plenty of time to keep up with the anime before new episodes come out!
You can currently watch the first season of Jujutsu Kaisen now streaming using Crunchyroll, and Jujutsu Kaisen 0 will air as the service begins on September 21.
