There are two massive new Final Fantasy games on the horizon that fans are eager to know more about. This could mean Square Enix is planning to play the already released trailers for both games in its kiosk, which means nothing new will come out of them. but, Final Fantasy XVI Producer Naoki Yoshida recently suggested that we’ll be taking a fresh look at the aforementioned game sometime this fall. This would go well with the Tokyo Game Show, but could also appear at another event. As for the Final Fantasy VII RebirthThere is no telling when this game will appear again.
Either way, Square Enix’s presence at the Tokyo Game Show is huge and we can probably expect some news, regardless of whether the Earth is shattering or not. With both games expected to launch in 2023, Square Enix will likely start ramping up marketing sooner rather than later.
