My Hero Academia will bring all of its heroes to the frontline with a major new war against the villains coming in the next season of the anime, and one of the coolest costumes will shine the spotlight on midnight before it returns for Season 6! Season 6 of the series will tackle the supernatural Liberation Front war arc from Kohei Horikoshi’s original manga series, and this was the most intense war in the series to date. It’s such a big deal that the latest arc of the series is still feeling its effects, and there’s no telling how it will hit the future of the anime either.
The war will bring the entire roster of hero and villains to the center of the action for the first time in the anime, and one of the main heroes who shines a light during all of this is Midnight. While Champion has been a part of the series before as she helped the young UA Academy champions in their tracks, we didn’t get to see much of her in action. My hero academy Season 6 will debut on October 1 in Japan, and Crunchyroll previously confirmed that it will air the new season along with its overseas release. The same cast and crew are returning for new episodes, and the series’ new opening theme is “Hitamuki” as performed by SUPER BEAVER. The new ending theme is titled “Drawing” as performed by Kiro Akiyama. You can find the first five seasons of the series streaming now with Crunchyroll as well, teasing the Season 6 lead like this:
“With Bakugo and Todoroki, Deku studies his work in the office of the first hero, Endeavor. He works hard in the best possible environment, grows as a hero and uses Blackwhip, a new quirk who has been hiding in One for all. Meanwhile, Tomura Shigaraki of the League of Villains fights against an army of Liberate the Metahuman led by Re-Destro. As he is pushed into a corner fighting Re-Destro, he regains forgotten memories of his horrible childhood and awakens. The Metahuman Liberation Army is expanding its influence and now wants a new power for itself to destroy everything.”
