Tom Brady says replacing Rob Gronkowski ‘not easy’ for Bucs offense

With Rob Gronkowski retiring in force, former quarterback Tom Brady has come out and said replacing him is no easy feat.

Tom Brady said the obvious. Replacing Rob Gronkowski, arguably the greatest tight end in NFL history, is no easy feat.

It’s no secret that the quarterback and tight end have a strong bond and relationship, having brought glory to both the New England Patriots and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. At the same time, spacing is not so easy.

Considering how both of them have prospered with each other and helped each other achieve heights that will soon be side by side in Canton, it will be difficult to replace them.

All is not lost. Tampa Bay still has plenty of guns for Tom Brady to work with, although the offensive line could be a big problem throughout this season. We just saw what happened with the Los Angeles Rams on opening night against Buffalo as the Bills bills swept. What could happen with Tampa Bay?

If memory works, Super Bowl LV was a prime example. The injuries and inconsistency within the Kansas City Chiefs’ offensive line were a miracle Tampa Bay In victory 31-9. Now, while there are guns like Mike Evans, Chris Goodwin and Julio Jones on the list, the pirates may need to focus on the frontline to ensure they get their stats.

Tom Brady has done so much with so little before, but lost Gronk? That’s hard. He’s seen it live in New England and now in Tampa Bay. Then again, if anyone could make it work, it would be Brady, and the Dallas Cowboys being the first team on the table.

Just imagine if your puppy came back. This would make for an interesting story.
