Crisis Protocol reveals the capabilities of the guards, release date

Marvel: Crisis Protocol She revealed the character cards for both types of Sentinels, providing some new details about how the game’s mutant hunting machines work. Earlier this week, Atomic Mass Games released character cards for Sentinel MK4 and Sentinel Prime MK4, which will be released next month. Unlike most of the characters in Marvel: Crisis Protocol, Players can have two Sentinel MK4s on the table at the same time, which means that players can have all three Sentinel models in the game at the same time.

Rangers are built around oppression and control, with multiple ways to impede their opponents or move them to more disadvantaged locations. Both versions of Sentinel include a suppression protocol attack that can stack several special conditions on its target, assuming the attack roll gets enough Wilds. Both guards also have restraint cables that can move the target towards the player and prepare them for additional attacks. Sentinel Prime also has Pattern Analysis, which allows him or a nearby ally character to roll up to 3 dice in an attack. Since both guards are incredibly huge characters, it will be difficult to move them, especially since the guards cannot be pushed or developed by mysterious attacks.

Players are already strategizing that guards would be ideal for capturing and securing targets, especially because of their massiveness. There won’t be many characters who can move the ranger away from the location, which means they can collect victory points in some scenarios quite easily.

The Sentinels MK 4 will cost $64.99, while the Sentinel Prime MK 4 will cost $49.99. Both will be released on October 14th.
