The art shows the many different members and types of enemies that would make up the court, with Talon standing noticeably in the foreground. One of the most popular fan theories regarding the Court of Owls in Gotham Knights It is that their involvement will be related to Batman’s death, which will serve as the catalyst for the game’s story. While Batman’s absence is something that prompts Robin, Batgirl, Nightwing, and Red Hood to come together to protect Gotham City, a number of fans naturally assume that the Dark Knight won’t actually die. In fact, some believe that Batman somehow faked his death to infiltrate the Court of Owls, or that he would instead be mind-controlled by the Court itself.
