Houston, Texas (KTRK) – A man with a number of charges has now been charged with throwing a child into a litter box in July, according to indictment documents.

Added to his list of charges, Desmond Dendry Thompson now faces an injury to a child under the age of 15.
Thompson allegedly tossed a child into a litter box with his hand again on July 4, but was charged with the alleged incident on Friday, according to the documents.
In August, he was charged with kidnapping in the same case with the Houston Police Department.
Prior to Friday’s charge, Thompson was convicted of assaulting a family member.
He also has a number of other fees including a DWI and license pending.
No information was released about his release on bail.
