Hunter x Hunter announces the release of volume 37

Hunter x Hunter made headlines throughout the year thanks to the return of its maker to work. Despite the constant gap, Yoshihiro Togashi has found a way to continue painting, and has created a number of chapters that are still in the works. And now, we know when exactly the next volume of the manga will be published.

The update was shared today with permission from Shueisha herself in Japan. According to the publisher, Hunter x Hunter Volume 37 will be released this fall. The book is scheduled to hit shelves abroad on November 4. At this time, there is no word on when Viz Media will bring the volume to the side for English readers.

Of course, it should be noted that this new volume will not contain any of the Togashi classes in progress. It will be serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump when the time comes. Instead, volume 37 will collect the last few chapters Togashi released before embarking on his current hiatus. For a full list of the classes included, read below:

  • 381 – Predation
  • 382 – Awakening
  • 383 – Escape
  • 384 – War
  • 385 – Warning
  • 386 – Hypothesis
  • 387 – Recreation
  • 388 – Reflection
  • 389 – Damn
  • 390 – The Clash: Part One

Currently, Hunter x Hunter volumes 1-36 are printed on the American side, so readers can catch up on the printed manga if they wish. The series is also available digitally through the Shonen Jump app. So, if you want to catch up with Hunter x Hunter before she returns, you’d better start reading as soon as possible.
