Season 3 of Picard will look different, and be more cinematic, says Showrunner

Star Trek: PicardThe final season of the season will look a little different from the first and second season. Terry Matalas took over as show director after taking part in the show Star Trek: Picard Season 2. It also restores a file Star Trek: The Next Generation The cast, with Lifar Burton, Michael Dorn, Jonathan Frakes, Gates McFadden, Marina Sirtis and Brent Spiner joining Patrick Stewart on the show.

Matalas spoke to Trek Movie About the shift in style. He also made a recommendation for anyone watching the series when it debuted in February.

“It’s very different,” he said. “We really wanted to make this an experience as cinematic as possible. If there wasn’t a finale Star Trek: The Next Generation A movie and then this 10-episode series will serve that up and feel that. So when it’s released, my recommendation would be to turn off the lights, pop some popcorn, and you’ll have 10 chapters that should look as cinematic as possible.”

But will there be anything real at the end Star Trek: The Next Generation Movie? Stewart said he thought he should be there during his appearance at San Diego Comic-Con, although producer Alex Kurtzman has indicated so. Star Trek: Picard Season three is pretty much what such a movie would be like. However, he did not rule out anything.

“I think in some ways season three is just that,” Kurtzman said. “But of course, I mean, look, if you guys like it, let’s see what happens.”

“I remember watching a movie premiere Star Trek: The Next Generation Almost 34 years with my dad as it was yesterday. It was the spark that ignited my love for science fiction,” Matalas said re next generation cast in a press release. “It is, therefore, more fitting that Jean-Luc Picard’s story ends in honoring the beginning with his dear and most loyal friends of the USS project. It would be an understatement to say that giving these characters a proper farewell is an honor. Entire Star Trek: Picard Our team and I can’t wait for fans to experience this ultimate high-stakes ship-bound adventure in Season 3! “
