Batman fan art imagines Walker Scoble as Robin for the sequel

It was Warner Bros. And DC Comics has been in the news a lot lately with the merger with Discovery now complete, and it doesn’t look like that’s going to stop anytime soon. Newly appointed CEO David Zaslav has canceled movies like Batgirl and The Wonder Twins Because of tax and budget reasons. Zaslav is looking for a Kevin Feige-type CEO to run DC Films with a ten-year plan, but he has yet to find someone who is up to the task. The studio is starting too Batman Director Matt Reeves signs a package deal. Reeves has several projects in development such as the Penguin series, a series focused on Arkham Asylum, and even a sequel to Batman. Fans have a few ideas of what they want to see in the sequel, and one of those things is Caped Crusader’s friend Robin. One artist thinks so Adam’s Project Actor Walker Scoble fits the role perfectly.

An Instagram artist working with handle @Clements.Ink has created an amazing piece of fan art imagining what Scoble could look like as Robin for Batman sequel. The actor gets a classic Boy Wonder costume and it matches him well. Hopefully someone discovers this fan art and thinks they can really do the part fairly. You can check out the fan art below!

Pattinson looks great in the robe and cowl he wore in the movie, but it turns out that one trait of his character actually helped him in the role. The actor is known for his social awkwardness within the press and seems to have actually helped him during filming Batman. Reeves previously appeared on KCRW where he revealed exactly how Pattinson’s physical awkwardness helped him film The Dark Knight.

“Not only is that a clear face of who he is, because he’s clearly a part of it, but it’s something he’s in control of as well,” Reeves said on the podcast. “One of the things I have found so wonderful working with him is that he works in a way that almost feels like a style actor. However, you can see that he has great access to his emotions, and he puts himself into a situation. But he is also incredibly in control of his instrument, the way That he’s moving in. It’s all very technical, and it’s very intentional. So I can tell him, I need this to be a little hotter, and he can get to that very easily. [And I could say] But I also, because of that cowl and the way the light hits your eye, I need you to lean a little more to your left, or else I won’t see your eye. He can do both of these things simultaneously.”

“He had a tremendous ability to access his emotions, but he also controls his movement, so all of these things come from a very internal place. But he has a tremendous ability with himself physically. He’s very capable of accessing all of those things, but also in a very specific way. Weird at the same time, while he can be out of control, he can also be incredibly controlling in terms of how he calibrates his voice, the way he leans, where he stands in. And so I think the choices he makes are on some level, very conscious too, Although I know some of it must be unconscious because it comes from a very instinctive place.” Batman The director added.

Directed by Matt Reeves, Batman Stars Robert Pattinson as Bruce Wayne / Batman, Zoe Kravitz as Selina Kyle / Catwoman, Paul Dano as Edward Nashton / The Riddler, Jeffrey Wright as GCPD’s James Gordon, John Turturro as Carmine Falcone, Peter Sarsgaard as Gotham Da Jill Coulson, Jimmy Lawson.
